AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

Great experience! Right off the bat, Denise on the phone was so helpful, kind and communicative. I called in the next day and spoke with Lee who was also so incredibly nice. We talked on the phone about the repairs/maintenance I needed and even referred me to a person in a Mazda shop to give me some extra advice on the maintenance. I dropped my car off after hours and he was still there and had me come in the shop we talked everything over. From there David was also super nice and communicative, called me with any updates that he could and came in over the weekend to make sure I had my car back by Monday. Price was good and service even better. Will be a returning customer!

The people at AAMOC was wonderful. I came in with a Slashed messed up tire. And they help me beautiful. They were very kind, and help me with no problem the manager LEE & the Secretary Denise. Thanking God for them today!

The place was clean and welcoming, and had a comfortable waiting area but I didn’t even have to wait that long. They are honest and fair and I highly recommend them. thank you, Alan and Lee for such a great experience!!!

The team there exhibits exceptional patience and professionalism. They took the time to explain every detail of the work and clearly showed me what was replaced, demonstrating their strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m truly impressed to have discovered such honest professionals who back their work with a guarantee. I opted to have my transmission replaced despite others recommending I trade in my vehicle, and I can confidently say it was the right choice. I didn’t want to come up with $5,000 for a down payment (don't have it) and face higher car payments, especially since I was able to take advantage of the payment plan they offer through banks. First of all, it the quality service began before I stepped foot in the office. The owner was very personable and professional. Once there, greeted and given a detailed explanation on the issues as well as service options. The gentleman there were very helpful and the customer service was top tier. Ask for Alan and Nick! You won't be disappointed.
